Financial Literacy Education Partners
Glow partners with banks and other organizations with existing financial literacy education outreach programs. Especially for banks, community outreach is a critical component of the Community Reinvestment Act evaluation. Many of these organizations are looking to expand their outreach programs, yet have difficulty finding a pool of students. Glow provides a valuable service to our Financial Literacy Education partners by providing pre-organized, highly motivated pool of students.
Our current partners include Silicon Valley Bank, Wells Fargo, Citibank, and Opportunity Fund.
College Financial Planning Education Partners
Glow continues to to develop partnerships with nonprofit organizations and/or college consortiums focused on providing information and support to students on college planning and financial aid applications. These organizations include college financial aid and outreach programs (e.g., CAL-SOAP), local colleges, and other college access programs.
Scholarship Partners and Sponsors
Glow partners with community organizations, corporations or individuals with the commitment or desire for scholarship philanthropy. There are multiple ways to work with Glow to provide scholarships to students:
- Give a Microscholarship
- Contribute to Glow Scholarship Fund
- Set up a sponsor tailored scholarship fund within Glow including sponsor designated scholarship title and selection criteria within boundaries. (Minimum donation amount applies)
- Set up a direct pass through scholarship if you already have a scholarship fund or program. We can help you select the recipient of your scholarship from our pool of high potential students. (Minimum donation amount applies)
- Develop a scholarship candidate referral partnership. If you have a scholarship program and are looking for access to high potential students, we can help you by referring our students to your program. Since we focus on unmet need of our students for college financing, we are keen on helping our students get more financial aid and scholarships from other available sources.
